Terms and Conditions Welcome to AMAVLY. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online store, including browsing our website and purchasing products. In these terms, “AMAVLY”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operator of this store. “You” and “your” refer to the person visiting or using our website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. 1. Use of Our Website You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of our store. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, introduce malicious code, interfere with website functionality, or submit fraudulent or misleading information. 2. Product Information We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or other product characteristics. Product images are provided to help customers understand the items being offered. Please review the product description, specifications, included accessories, and other details before placing an order. Nothing in this section permits AMAVLY to misrepresent products or avoid its obligations regarding product descriptions and quality under applicable law. 3. Product Availability Product availability may change. We cannot guarantee that every product displayed on our website will remain available at all times. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you regarding the available options. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund where required. 4. Prices, Taxes, and Payments Product prices and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or other charges will be communicated as required by law. Payment must be completed through a payment method made available at checkout, unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and security procedures. If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate. Any cancellation, correction, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 5. Orders and Acceptance When you place an order, you provide a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges that your order has been received; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched. We may need to verify order details, payment status, product availability, or delivery information before fulfilment. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you where reasonably possible and arrange any required refund for payments received for products that will not be supplied. 6. Shipping and Delivery Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, fulfilment arrangements, and delivery provider. Estimated delivery information, where available, will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or communicated to you. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues, supplier availability, or other circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that applicable law places on AMAVLY. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Our Refund and Return Policy explains the process for requesting returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds. You should review that policy before purchasing. In the event of a conflict, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law will take priority over any inconsistent policy wording. 8. Intellectual Property The website's text, graphics, branding, design elements, and other materials may be owned by AMAVLY or used under licence by their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use protected website content without permission, except where permitted by law. Product names, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. 9. Third-Party Services and Links Our store may use third-party applications, payment providers, shipping services, or external links. These services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those terms when using third-party services. 10. Website Availability and Security We aim to keep our website accessible and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, service-provider disruptions, or other circumstances. You must not misuse our website or attempt to compromise its security. 11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMAVLY will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to any legal duties that continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability, statutory warranties, consumer remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 12. Privacy Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our store, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions when our business practices, website, or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not remove rights that have already accrued to customers. 14. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in India, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights or protections available under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court, authority, or consumer forum as determined under applicable law. 15.
